Privacy Policy (AiHere)

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AiHere ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application (package: com.stdio.aihere) and our website available via WebView and browser (aihere.ru) (together, the "Service").

By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2) Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Account information

• Email address (used to create and manage your account).

2.2 User content and inputs

• Photos/images you upload (including images captured with your device camera) for use as references.
• Text you provide for content generation (prompts and related inputs).
• Generated outputs (images/videos) produced by the Service.
• History of your generations and related project data.

2.3 AI Chat conversations

• Messages you send in AI Chat conversations (text and attached images).
• AI-generated responses to your messages.
• Custom spaces you create (name, system prompt, selected AI model).
• Chat history is stored on our servers and associated with your account.

2.4 Support communications

• Messages you send to our support team via the in-app chat.
• Images/files you attach in support conversations.
• Support chat history is stored and may be reviewed by our support staff to assist you.

2.5 Technical, usage, and log data

• IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and anti-abuse such as multi-account detection).
• Diagnostic and error data (for example, crash/error logs).

2.6 Analytics data (Yandex Metrika)

We use Yandex Metrika to understand how users interact with the Service. This may involve collecting usage information and event data.

We also use WebVisor functionality, which may record interactions with the Service (for example, clicks, scrolling, and other session behavior) to help us improve usability and reliability.

2.7 Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive and store limited payment information such as transaction ID, amount, and payment status.

We do not store full payment card details (such as complete card number, CVC/CVV).

3) How we use information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Service (account access, content generation, saving results and history).
• Process your requests and provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use (including multi-account and suspicious activity detection).
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Service.
• Analyze usage to improve features and user experience (including through analytics tools).

4) How content generation and AI Chat work (AI processing)

To provide content generation and AI Chat features, your inputs (such as prompts, uploaded images, and chat messages) may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (for example: OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Sora, Veo, Minimax, Kling) for processing and generation of outputs.

4.1 Image and video generation

Your prompts and reference images are sent to AI providers to generate images and videos. Generated content is stored on our servers.

4.2 AI Chat

Messages you send in AI Chat are transmitted to the selected AI model provider for response generation. Your conversation history within a chat session may be included for context. Chat history is stored on our servers.

We do not publish your user content or generated outputs to a public gallery by default. You control whether to share a public link (see Section 7).

5) Sharing and disclosure of information

We may share information only as necessary to provide and operate the Service:

5.1 Service providers / processors

• AI providers: to generate images/videos from your prompts and uploaded references, and to process AI Chat messages (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Minimax, and others).
• Analytics provider (Yandex Metrika): to measure and analyze usage and performance.
• Payment processors: to process payments and manage transaction status.
• Hosting / infrastructure (our servers): user content and results are stored on our servers located in the Russian Federation.

5.2 Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations,
• protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Service,
• detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

6) Data retention

We retain personal data and user content only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Account inactivity: If you do not log in to your account for more than 3 years, we may delete your account and associated data (including files, history, and generated results) to reduce unnecessary storage and security risk.

You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

7) Public sharing links

The Service may allow you to create a public share link for generated content. Public links can be accessed without authorization by anyone who has the link.

If you delete the corresponding generation/order/content in the Service, the public link will be removed and should no longer be accessible.

8) Cookies and WebView

The Service is provided via WebView and uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session management) and analytics.

By registering and using the Service, you agree to the use of such technologies as described in this Policy.

9) Your choices and account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data:

• by emailing us at support@aihere.ru, or
• via the deletion page: https://aihere.ru/delete-account

When deletion is completed, we will delete your account and associated data, including your files, generation history, AI Chat conversations, support chat history, and stored payment records we hold (transaction IDs, amounts, and statuses), subject to any legal obligations.

Response time: We aim to respond and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, including:

• encrypted transmission via HTTPS/TLS,
• access controls and limited staff access,
• 2-factor authentication for administrative access.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

11) Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12) International users

The Service is available worldwide. Your information may be processed and stored in the Russian Federation and may be transferred to third-party providers located in other countries depending on the services used (for example, AI providers and analytics).

13) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on aihere.ru with a new effective date.
